Shipping & handling

Standard delivery is presently free for customers in Mexico with a purchase over $40.00 USD.

All online orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) except for holidays. Some orders will arrive within 5-7 business days depending on location and courrier volume. If you have not received a shipping notification within 72 hours you can check the status please contact us at orders@helpysnutrients.com.

International orders are sorted and dispatched through air freight to a processing center within your country, where they are then delivered by the postal service of your country. The cost of shipping is computed during the checkout process.

Helpys Nutrients is not in charge of, and has no influence over, your country's postal service. Helpys Nutrients is not responsible for any shipping problems, delays, or mistakes that occur within your country. 

When ordering Helpys Nutrients products outside Mexico or Canada, the recipient assumes the role of importer of record and is responsible for adhering to all applicable rules and regulations in the destination country. Orders sent outside of Mexico may be subject to import taxes, customs charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country. Import taxes, customs tariffs, and other fees may be imposed on the recipient of an international shipment once it arrives in your country. The recipient is responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; Helpys Nutrients has no control over these fees and cannot forecast what they will be.Customs policies differ greatly from country to country and area to region; for further information, contact your local customs office. Customs clearance procedures can cause delays that extend beyond our original shipment arrival dates. 

Helpys Nutrients have the right to refuse delivery to specific countries. For further information, please see the Purchasing FAQs. 

Helpys Nutrients is therefore not responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the country of destination. You or the recipient of the products must comply with all rules and regulations of the destination country when ordering from Helpys Nutrients for delivery outside of Mexico or Canada. As a result, you should check any import restrictions or regulations that would prevent the products from being imported before making a purchase.
